CANCELLATION POLICY In case you have enrolled for a training program multiple times, you may cancel such enrollment within 7 days. The refund will be processed as per the refund policy. In case you wish to cancel an existing enrollment before the expiry of the duration of the training program, you may send us an email to info@wisecoder.in mentioning the reason to cancel such enrolment along with the status of completion. However, a refund is not guaranteed either in part or full and such decision is at the sole discretion of Wise Acad. 100% training program fee would be refunded to the user in case Wise Acad cancels an event. All refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the refund request is approved by Wise Acad. However travel, logistics or any personal expense incurred by the user will not be refunded. Wise Acad Edtech Pvt Ltd, reserves the right to reschedule/postpone/cancel or change the venue of a training program because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods/cyclones, earthquakes, political instability, public health emergency of regional/national concern, etc.)
Wise Acad reserves the right to revise this Cancellation and Refund Policy without any prior notice.
